Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our energetic marketing team. In this fast-paced role, you\’ll create engaging visual content that resonates with families and reflects the unique identity of each of our nurseries. You\’ll need a strong design eye, the ability to juggle multiple brand styles, and a knack for translating each nursery’s unique selling proposition (USP) and voice into compelling visuals for print, socials and website. Knowledge of basic website design and coding is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Design visual assets across print and digital platforms (social media, flyers, newsletters, signage, web, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and nursery teams to understand each nursery’s brand voice and USP • Maintain consistency across multiple brands while highlighting what makes each location unique • Create branded templates and style guides where needed
• Work within tight timelines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Support website updates, visual improvements, and UX enhancements (preferred)
• Apply basic front-end coding (HTML/CSS) knowledge to support content implementation (bonus)
Required Skills and Attributes
• Proven experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and storytelling through visuals
• Understanding of brand positioning, tone of voice, and how to visually differentiate multiple brands
• Comfortable working at speed and managing several projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (e.g. WordPress) preferred
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
Nice to Have
• Experience designing for families, education, or early years audiences
• Animation or video editing skills
