We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our client, an exclusive 5 Star property based near Egham, Surrey. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive a warm and friendly welcome and provide an exceptional service. Main responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and take them to their designated tables, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on beverage selections, daily specials, menu offerings, allergen details etc
  • Monitor daily operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food and beverage presentation, service quality, table maintenance, and mise-en-place
  • Execute all end-of-day procedures in accordance with company policies to ensure smooth closing and operational efficiency

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar Food & Beverage role
  • Experience or an appreciation of outstanding level of service, ideally gained within a five-star establishment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to converse with guests confidently
  • Great team player, with the ability to lead by example and coach F&B team members, with effective management and leadership
