Job Overview
The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the development and delivery of the Food & Beverage strategy across the business, ensuring exceptional guest experience that is consistent with brand guidelines and food hygiene and health & safety legislation. As a key member of the leadership team this role would participate in and drive the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
*Support the Director in implementing Food & Beverage strategy, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
*Achieve KPIs, exceed guest expectations, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
*Oversee recruitment, training, and team retention, while fostering collaboration across departments.
*Manage communications, address guest feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
*Ensure efficient use of resources and motivate the team for excellent customer service.
*Ensure compliance with regulations, benchmark performance, and manage staffing and scheduling.
*Lead by example, provide personalized guest Service, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
*Monitor performance, achieve financial and engagement targets, and ensure accurate billing.
*Develop the team's skills through training, reviews, and coaching, while collaborating with other departments for
smooth operations.
*Assist the Director of Food & Beverage with EBITDA generation within Food & Beverage.
*Assist the Director of Food & Beverage with financial KPI's, once agreed.
*Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the delivery of all Food & Beverage capex projects – on time and on budget.
*Create/maintain the Food & Beverage budget in conjunction with the Director of Food & Beverage, producing forecasts when required.
*Pursue new revenue earning opportunities to facilitate additional experiences and profit streams.
*Manage department stock and ordering process while controlling operating costs, payroll and departmental expenses against the P&L
Requirements & Desirables:
