We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This role will be working in the "temps" team, recruiting temporary staff within catering & hospitality throughout Surrey and surrounding counties. The recruiter's responsibility will be to maintain, build, and develop business relationships.

You will be working on a dedicated, high volume temp desk alongside an established team.

Your daily responsibilities shall involve (but not be limited to):

  • Utilising job boards to recruit new temporary staff
  • Obtaining shift requirements from existing clients.
  • Efficiently rostering relevant staff into shifts.
  • Booking staff into shifts utilising a variety of company portals
  • Ensuring staff are compliant with relevant employment legislation
  • Identifying and approaching new clients

About You:

  • Will already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Hospitality and Catering sector - essential
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations (front of house, back of house, events, catering).
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and confidence managing last minute staffing challenges.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities for new business.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Whilst we work to company and department targets, we do not currently work to KPI's and actively encourage like-minded employees to manage their own workload.

Our offices are based in Shalford, Surrey. We're close to the train station, but due to trains being infrequent, own transportation would be highly beneficial.

Hours: 40, Monday to Friday. Saturday overtime available

Salary: £32,500pa + overtime on a rota basis.
