We are looking for a proactive assistant to work in our accounts department. If you have a clerical background, great attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly payroll.
- Produce statements and weekly invoices for our client base.
- Processing payments received.
- 1st stage credit control and reporting issues on balances.
- Produce accurate reports on a weekly and month end schedule.
- General accounts administrative tasks.
What we are looking for:
- A background in office work and experience in administration.
- Excel skills and aptitude to learn other operating systems.
- Experience of working with Sage is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and on occasion independently.
This position is office based in Shalford, Surrey and not suitable for home or hybrid working.
