We are looking for talented chefs to join our team working across Surrey/Hampshire. As part of our agency, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from restaurants, sports clubs to catering events. This role is perfect for chefs who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the flexibility of temporary work. Pay: £16.05 to £18.00 per hour (PAYE), along with benefits including holiday pay, flexible hours and pension contribution. Responsibilities: . Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard. . Ensure food is cooked and presented according to health and safety regulations. . Maintain a clean and organised kitchen. . Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient work flow. . Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times. Requirements: . Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen. . Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. . Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. . Strong teamwork and communication skills. . Passion for food and creativity in the kitchen. We can also have flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends. Most of our chef roles are at CDP level, but there are also a limited number of regular Sous chef and Head chef level roles available for candidates with the relevant experience.
