Rochdale | Full-time, Permanent | £35,000–£60,000 DOE
Scarsdale Solicitors is growing its Criminal Defence team and looking for an experienced solicitor to join our busy, supportive practice. We have a genuinely positive team culture where colleagues support one another while maintaining high professional standards. The role offers a varied caseload including police station attendance, Magistrates’ Court advocacy, Crown Court preparation, and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full criminal defence caseload
- Preparing cases to a high standard
- Attending police stations and courts
- Liaising with counsel, experts, and external agencies
- Ensuring compliance with LAA and SRA requirements
