Built by a team of ex-Uber, WeWork and Amazon builders, Natter has selectively hired a team of exited founders, specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members. They are now looking for an additional team hire: a Product Designer.
Natter is already being used by some of the world’s largest companies, ranging from big four consultancies like PwC, institutional financial services providers like Legal and General, to technology innovators like Miro.
Natter’s conversational AI platform allows tens of thousands of users to simultaneously share ideas and feedback through real-time video conversations. Its uniquely scalable tech allows anyone with a smartphone to, literally, have a say on the most important decisions – ranging from workplace strategy to new product offerings.

Product Designer Responsibilities
As a Product Designer at Natter, you’ll:
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle to ensure feasible and impactful solutions
- Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to deeply understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations
- Develop user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture to guide design decisions and communicate user context
- Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the quality of our user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes at varying levels of fidelity to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Manage your design process, timelines, and deliverables within an Agile or similar development environment
We’d love to hear from you if…
- 5+ years experience focused on user experience & product design
- You have demonstrable experience designing complex applications & user flows from concept to launch
- Experience leading user research projects of various scope sizes, timelines and methodologies
- Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
- Experience participating in and providing product leadership in agile development processes
- You are a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable presenting work and articulating design rationale
- Displaying effective leadership, organisational and execution skill
Desirable
- Experience developing enterprise products, technologies, or platforms
- Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding their impact on design implementation
