Who you are:
- You have 3+ years’ experience organising and developing exceptional events, ideally for a premium B2B organisation.
- You combine outstanding organisational skills with hustle and exquisite taste.
- You have a very high EQ, allowing you to put yourself in the shoes of guests and create an unreasonably good experience for them.
- You understand the commercial reasoning behind, and power of, event marketing.
- You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes it tick.
- You have exceptional written & verbal communication skills.

What the job involves:
We believe in the impact of premium, IRL events; we started organising Scarlet’s first ones last year and we are seeing the benefits. We’re looking for someone to join our Marketing team to own this area of the business and take it to the next level.
- Own and grow our roster of Scarlet-hosted events – from concept and guest list to delivery and post-event impact.
- Organise and deliver premium IRL events for customers, sales prospects, media, and other industry stakeholders.
- Help amplify the impact of Scarlet’s events through thoughtful digital (and other) distribution, generating further flywheel momentum (e.g. through content and social media).
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Commercial team to understand its Event Marketing needs, such that Scarlet can grow its brand, and create and close more deals.
