What the job involves:

  • Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach and targeted networking.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Scarlet's ideal customer profile.
  • Managing qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and connect them with the right sales motion.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the commercial team to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Logging and tracking activities consistently in CRM to ensure full visibility of funnel motion and performance.
  • Be a voice of the customer - share insights from early conversations that help shape positioning and product priorities.
