- Coordinating spa linen, laundry and equipment with housekeeping and property teams
- Supporting daily spa operations and acting as Spa Day Lead when required
- Working closely with Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Sales teams to ensure a joined-up guest experience
- Supporting revenue growth through thoughtful upselling, recommendations and enhancing guest touchpoints
- Assisting with KPI monitoring, stock control, ordering and operational reporting
- Helping create a calm, positive and emotionally supportive working environment for the team

- Previous experience within spa, hospitality or luxury guest experience environments
- Experience leading or supervising teams in a customer-focused setting
- A calm, confident and professional approach to leadership
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards

- A collaborative, positive attitude and genuine passion for guest care
- Experience within spa or wellness operations is desirable, but attitude and leadership matter most to us
