Scarlet Selection is seeking a Manager/Senior Supervisor in Hitchin to lead a team of Powder Coaters and manage projects from pricing to completion. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years' powder coating experience and have a proven ability to oversee operations and manage clients.

Working hours include Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm and 7.30am to 1.30pm on Fridays.

Benefits include a salary of £40k to £50k plus bonuses, 20 days annual leave, and a company pension.
