Based in London (closest stations are Farringdon and Barbican) with some hybrid opportunities. Salary £33,250 + £11,280 Bonus + benefits.

My client is a high-quality manufacturer of products operating in the UK, across Europe and the US. They are looking for a French Speaking sales executive to join their team at their London Exhibition Centre. This role focuses on building relationships with customers across France, working closely with their French and UK offices.

The successful candidate will take ownership of key market sectors, combining proactive sales activity, customer relationship management, and hands-on sales support, including delivering online product demonstrations. There will be an occasional requirement to travel to France, including visits to customers as needed.

Key Tasks:

  • Take ownership of sales development within a defined geographic territory in the French market, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with customers in France, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound activity, inbound enquiries, and existing customers.
  • Deliver engaging online product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Work closely with our French and UK offices to support collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Achieve sales targets by increasing market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries via email, webchat, phone, and video calls.
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth fulfilment.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to France (including the French office and customer sites) as required.
  • Comfortable and confident delivering online product demonstrations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle from enquiry to close.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
