An exciting Internal Sales Executive position has arisen with this leading manufacturer of architectural metal gratings. They are looking for an ambitious and proactive sales professional who wants to develop in their sales career to join their team! If this sounds of interest, please apply ASAP! LOCATION: You will be based from an office in the Rochester area. Working hours are 8.15am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on a Friday. You will have the option of working from home one day a week. Over time as this role develops you will visit clients on a frequent basis and will out of the office more and more. SALARY: £35,000 to £40,000 with an annual bonus of approximately £4k, you will receive 25 days annual leave and company pension. You will be selling a wide range of architectural metal gratings, expanded metal, treads and floor gratings to fabricators, sub-contractors, architects, specifiers and designers. Markets they are aiming to target are utilities, transport, logistics and public sector. As Sales Executive/Trainee Field Sales you will inherit a database of 1000 contacts, with Contractors, Fabricators and Architects. You will be tasked with building your own portfolio of clients. You will need to make contact, introduce yourself, fact find and hunt for future projects to quote for. You will also use Barbour ABI in order to research and source new leads. Over time this role will become more customer facing and you will attend client meetings. This role is yours to make your own and they will encourage your growth and development within it. You will view the office as being your base, you will work with an experienced team who will prove to be a great resource to you and will offer technical training and ongoing support. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years internal sales experience and/or face to face sales experience. Experience selling to the construction sector would be advantageous but not essential. Your ambition, drive and 'can do attitude' is absolutely essential. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems. If this sounds of interest, please apply ASAP.
