A genuinely exciting Area Sales Manager position has arisen with this leading (and rapidly expanding) supplier of resin flooring and resin bound surfacing.

They are looking for an experienced salesperson to develop the business in the Southeast area and sell their range of resin flooring and resin bound aggregates to contractors, installers and house builders.

LOCATION: You can be based anywhere in the Southeast and cover the Southeast as a territory. You work from home when you are not out visiting customers.

SALARY: £40,000 to £50,000 as a basic salary with an OTE of approximately £70k which is completely uncapped and designed to reward new business.

You will also receive a fully expensed company car or car allowance and company pension.

You will be selling a wide range of resin flooring and resin bound aggregate/surfacing solutions to contractors, installers and house builders.

As Area Sales Manager will be tasked with winning new accounts with contractors and installers as well as hunting for new projects for which to quote for.

You will also be responsible for

Owning the full sales cycle-from initial discovery and qualification through to proposals, negotiation, and close.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring long-term retention and growth.

Growing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and following up consistently.

Managing pipeline effectively-keep accurate records, forecast accurately, and drive activity to meet targets.

Presenting and demonstrating value-communicate product benefits clearly and confidently, tailored to the customer's goals.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years field sales experience having worked as an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Territory Sales Manager.

Ideally you will have previously sold resin flooring or surfacing.

However, your ability to win projects via contractors and installers is just as important.
