New Lift and Modernisation Sales Executive opportunity with a salary of £45-65k basic plus commission, car, generous holiday allowance, and extra days off incentives (25 days per year plus bank holidays and 6 bonus days).

My client designs, installs, sources, and maintains a wide range of standard and bespoke new lifts for passengers and goods and undertakes modernisation projects for a variety of clients in London and the South East.

You will win projects with new and existing clients, selling to lift consultants, M & E consultants, architects, surveyors, developers, and key decision makers in the construction industry. The role of the sales executive includes:

  • Arranging appointments with potential customers
  • Conducting site surveys
  • Producing quotes
  • Working on tenders

Working from home, you will be required to go into the office one day a week, and you will develop new business in the London and South East area. Project values range from £25k up to £1 million, serving a wide range of clients including corporate, financial, public sector, B2C, and any other industry that requires new lifts or modernisation.

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced lift/lift modernisation sales executive who can build relationships with architects, surveyors, and M & E consultants, and develop business. You should be proactive, customer-focused with a consultative approach, and possess great problem-solving skills. You must be well-organised and experienced in following through with enquiries and converting these into sales.
