We're looking for a Seasonal Reception Host to join our Reception team. Whether you are welcoming guests, answering enquiries or helping solve problems, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels relaxed, cared for and excited to be with us.
The Role
- As a Reception Host, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive Reception team, delivering a warm, professional welcome to every guest.
- You'll manage arrivals and departures, respond to guest enquiries, support reservations and work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every stay runs smoothly.
- No two days are the same, so you'll enjoy variety, teamwork and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to our guests' experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries confidently.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guests' stays.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Make time for guest feedback and queries with confidence, empathy and a positive attitude.
- Maintain high presentation standards within Reception and public areas.
- Support colleagues across the wider team during busy periods.
