- Delivering luxury spa treatments, holistic therapies and massages to the highest professional standards.
- Creating personalised wellness experiences tailored to each guest's needs and goals.
- Conducting thorough consultations and recommending appropriate treatments and aftercare.
- Building genuine guest connections through exceptional hospitality and intuitive service.
- Promoting spa treatments, wellness experiences and premium retail products with confidence and authenticity.
- Maintaining outstanding treatment room presentation, hygiene and operational standards.
- Supporting the wider spa journey to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the exceptional standards Scarlet and Bedruthan are known for.
- Participating in ongoing training, coaching and professional development.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines exceptional therapy skills with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality and wellbeing.
You will be
- Qualified in massage, holistic, beauty or spa therapies.
- Passionate about wellness, mindfulness and guest care.
- Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Warm, professional and naturally engaging.
- Confident adapting treatments to individual guest needs.
- Commercially aware and comfortable recommending products and treatment enhancements.
- Calm, intuitive and emotionally intelligent.
- A supportive team player who thrives in a luxury spa environment.
- Previous experience as a
Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Wellness Therapist, Holistic Therapist or Luxury Spa Practitioner would be highly advantageous.
