We’re looking for a naturally friendly, organised and guest‑focused Spa Host to join our nurturing wellness team.

As the first point of contact for guests visiting our award‑winning spas, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience — ensuring they feel relaxed, informed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

This role blends reception duties, guest care, coordination with therapists and maintaining serene spa spaces.

It’s ideal for someone who brings warmth, calm and genuine care to every interaction, helping us deliver exceptional wellbeing experiences on the stunning clifftops of North Cornwall.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome spa guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality
  • Manage bookings, schedules and guest queries using digital systems
  • Provide guidance on treatments, facilities and spa products
  • Maintain immaculate spa, thermal and relaxation areas
  • Support therapists with operational needs and guest flow
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a calming, restorative environment
  • Handle payments, check‑ins/outs and administrative tasks
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality aligned with our brand values

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or front‑of‑house experience
  • Confident using booking systems and computers
  • Genuine interest in wellness, hospitality or guest care
  • Experience in a spa, leisure or wellbeing environment (desirable)
  • Knowledge of treatments or spa products (desirable)
  • First Aid certification (desirable)
