Are you passionate about wine, hospitality and sharing your expertise with others? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sommelier to join our Food & Beverage team, working across Scarlet and Bedruthan. This is an exciting opportunity to work with carefully curated wine lists, champion unique and sustainable producers, and create exceptional experiences for our guests. Whether you're recommending the perfect pairing, introducing guests to hidden gems from emerging wine regions, or helping shape our beverage offering, you'll play an important role in elevating the dining experience across both hotels.
Working closely with our Wine & Beverage Service Manager, restaurant teams and chefs, you'll help deliver outstanding wine service while inspiring colleagues through your knowledge, passion and enthusiasm.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional wine service and luxury hospitality.
- Creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful recommendations and pairings.
- Building genuine relationships with guests and sharing your passion for wine.
- Supporting the development of wine lists and drinks menus.
- Delivering wine and product knowledge training to Restaurant and Bar Hosts.
- Driving beverage sales through confident recommendations and upselling opportunities.
- Maintaining excellent cellar management and stock control standards.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health and safety requirements.
- Supporting exceptional service standards across Scarlet and Bedruthan.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines knowledge with personality and understands that great wine service is about creating connections and memorable experiences. You will be:
