  • What you'll be doing
  • Running your section with confidence, consistency and care
  • Preparing and presenting beautifully crafted dishes using exceptional local ingredients
  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
  • Bringing creativity and ideas to menu development
  • Helping mentor and support junior chefs
  • Working closely with front-of-house to deliver memorable guest experiences

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal and sustainably sourced food
  • Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
  • A positive team player with a strong work ethic
  • Food Safety Level 2 (essential)
  • NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery or equivalent (preferred)

  • £13.10 to £14.39 per hour plus a share of hotel tips. This is based on a 40-hour working week.
