As a Housekeeping Team Leader at Bedruthan and Scarlet, you'll inspire and support our Housekeeping team to deliver the exceptional standards our guests remember long after they've returned home. This is more than coordinating room allocations or checking bedrooms. It's about leading by example, developing people, recognising the smallest details and creating an environment where your team can do their very best work. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading, motivating and supporting the Housekeeping team to deliver consistently exceptional standards
  • Planning daily room allocations and ensuring work is completed efficiently
  • Inspecting guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure they are beautifully presented and guest-ready
  • Coaching team members, providing guidance and helping new colleagues build confidence
  • Working closely with Reception, Maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Reporting maintenance issues and following up to ensure they are resolved promptly
  • Supporting the wider Housekeeping operation, including hands-on room attendant duties whenever required
