Scarlet, Bedruthan & Create Cornwall are seeking a commercially sharp Head of Sales and Marketing to join the Leadership Team and drive growth across the three Cornwall brands.
Reporting to the CEO, Emma Stratton, you will lead commercial planning, raise revenue, spot opportunities and shape campaigns, with line management of Reservations & Sales Manager and the marketing delivery team.
This on-site, full-time role is based in Mawgan Porth on the Cornish coast and includes weekend work.
