This is a permanent 35-hour contract, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive.
- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service.
- Confidently sharing your knowledge of our seasonal menus, drinks and wine list to enhance the guest experience.
- Preparing the restaurant for each service, ensuring every detail reflects our high standards.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and processing them through our EPOS system.
- Serving drinks responsibly in line with licensing regulations.
- Delivering room service with the same thoughtful attention as our restaurant service.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and health & safety.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every service runs seamlessly.
About you
