RSA IGL Technical Engineer – Identity Governance & Lifecycle – Banking – London, City – OUTSIDE IR35

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, urgently requires an experienced RSA IGL Technical Engineer to configure, manage, and maintain the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (IGL) platform. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the London (City) office. As RSA IGL Technical Engineer you will be responsible for:

1. Workflow configuration and customisation;
2. Role management and access control setup;
3. Access reviews and policy enforcement;
4. JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process implementation;
5. Connector and collector setup for seamless data integration;
6. SQL queries for data analysis and reporting;
7. Platform maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Expertise in RSA IGL, identity governance best practices, SQL Scripting, and platform administration;
2. Experience in server Scripting, PowerShell, etc.;
3. Previous experience working in financial services/banking/investment banking/fund management environments.
