We are looking for two enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Midday Supervisory Assistants. In this important part‑time role, you will help ensure that our pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and engaging lunchtime experience, both during meals and playtime. Key duties:
  • Keep an eye on playgrounds, fields, cloakrooms, and classrooms during lunch
  • Help clear away food and equipment after meals
  • Handle minor first aid and report incidents properly
  • Support behaviour management and report concerns
  • Spot and report unusual or inappropriate behaviour
  • Settle small disputes between pupils
  • Help with lunchtime activities and equipment setup

You will have:

  • English and Maths GCSE level ‘C’ equivalent
  • Aware of health and hygiene issues
  • Experience appropriate to working with children
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team
