Overview
Marketing Lead
SCAPE Group is comprised of six companies. We serve public and private sectors with expertise in procurement design construction waste property management and regeneration.
The Marketing Lead is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, events and promotional initiatives to enhance SCAPE Group\’s external market position and stakeholder engagement with a particular focus on SCAPE Scotland and wider framework marketing activity.
What you’ll do
- As the Marketing Lead you’ll report to the Senior Marketing Partner and work within our well established team including the Digital Marketing Partner; Content Marketing Partner; PR Comms and Engagement Partner; Events and Marketing Lead; and Digital Content Lead to ensure all activity is strategically aligned and impactful.
- Lead the delivery of campaigns and marketing activity for SCAPE Scotland ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Develop high-quality content for digital, social and marketing materials, tailoring messages to different sectors and audiences.
- Support and deliver external events and exhibitions, acting as an ambassador for the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective and consistent campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Marketing or another relevant professional qualification / experience.
- Knowledge of campaign development, event management, PR / media and digital marketing techniques.
- IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite and mobile technology devices.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, particularly within construction, infrastructure or public sector procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Craft CMS and social media / content management platforms.
- Excellent project management and content creation skills with the ability to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines.

This is a hybrid role primarily based in our Nottingham office with occasional travel to Scotland to support the SCAPE Scotland team.
