Hours: 16 hours per week, shift patterns to cover Monday - Sunday
Responsibilities
- Providing a knowledgeable and friendly welcome to all students and guests in person
- Cleaning of communal areas, providing student room cleans as and when requested, and assisting with general upkeep of the property
- Assisting with linen changing and laundering of linen
- Understanding and following our health and safety policy, operational procedures, risk assessments and method statements
- Completing all tasks with the required paperwork
- Ensuring cleaning materials instructions are always adhered to and aware of COSHH
- Taking relevant training as instructed by any Senior Manager
