Scape is seeking an experienced administrator to work closely with our Head of ESG. You will provide administration support across ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) activities & compliance including maintaining the Environmental Management System (EMS), arranging and minuting meetings, analysing and presenting data, preparing documents and reports, maintaining the ESG calendar and document library. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced administrator with an interest in ESG or someone with excellent administration skills looking for their first role in ESG.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of ESG.
- Maintain the EMS document library, ensuring version control and accurate record keeping.
- Support the compilation of environmental data and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports, documents and presentations.
- Support with scheduling/planning ESG meetings and taking meeting minutes.
- Circulate communications, updates, and training materials to operational teams.
- Organise ESG events, engagement activities, and volunteer initiatives.
- Raise purchase orders for ESG-related activities, following internal processes.
- Assist the Head of ESG in monitoring ESG objectives, targets, and action plans.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects.
