Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Contract Type: Contract- Outside of Scope of IR35- Pending Determination We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client\’s team and play a key role in managing all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, from tender to execution. In this position, you will support the Bid and Project Delivery teams to ensure the efficient management of costs, contracts, and commercial risks, contributing to successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of monthly payments, ensuring all applications, certificates, and invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner to maintain project financial health. Prepare and submit Compensation Event (CE) quotations, demonstrating clear entitlement principles, ensuring cost impacts are accurately represented. Maintain daily control of contract management systems (e.g., CEMAR), ensuring all contract data is accurately updated and easily accessible for project tracking and reporting. Act as the primary liaison with client procurement and commercial teams throughout the contract lifecycle. Attend client meetings as required, ensuring strong communication and smooth collaboration.
