What you’ll be doing

• Owning site health & safety and work control
• Issuing work permits and work packs
• Reviewing SSOW and RAMS
• Conducting site audits and inspections
• Deconflicting work packages and managing interfaces
• Keeping standards high as the project crosses the finish line

Essential

• SMSTS
• CSCS Managers Card
• Proven experience managing construction sites safely and effectively

Desirable

• SC Clearance
• NEBOSH Construction (or equivalent)
• NVQ Level 6 / HNC / HND / Degree (or equivalent)
• Experience operating as Principal Contractor within a complex, regulated build environment

This role suits someone steady, switched on, and confident operating among multiple contractors -someone who understands that strong safety culture and tight control are what deliver projects safely and on time
