Are you a skilled Process Operator with experience working in the chemical manufacturing industry? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity which will develop your skill and career? We are looking for a skilled Process Operator to join our client in Abingdon. This role involves operating and maintaining process equipment, stock control, manufacturing and sampling as well as other general duties. This is a permanent role working on a rotating shift basis.

06.00 – 14.00 Monday – Friday

11.30 – 19.30 Monday – Thursday and 10.00 – 18.00pm on a Friday

What you’ll be doing:

– Operating process equipment

– Manufacturing products to the required specification

– Monitoring equipment ensuring it is running safely and efficiently

– Taking product samples

– Recording data and maintaining product records

– Stock Taking

About you:

– Previous experience working in a process manufacturing environment

– Strong understanding of process equipment and machinery

– Ability to use Microsoft Packages

– Good problem-solving skills

– Excellent attention to detail

– Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern
