We’re recruiting for a Machine Minder to join a well-established manufacturing business in North Manchester. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production lines running efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operate and monitor machinery to meet production targets
  • Carry out basic maintenance (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, set-ups)
  • Perform minor repairs and part changes
  • Record machine performance using CMMS
  • Support safe working practices, including LOTO
  • Assist with changeovers and continuous improvement activities
  • Work closely with maintenance and production teams
