Overview

Regional HSEQ Advisor – Location: North West. We\’re seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support operational teams across major industrial sites in the North West. This is a hands-on role where visibility, influence, and proactive engagement are essential. You will be responsible for driving compliance, promoting safe working practices, and strengthening safety culture on the ground across our client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver site inductions, onboard new starters, and oversee D&A screening.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations comply with management systems, client policies, and legal requirements.
  • Support the development of RAMS from planning through execution.
  • Advise and mentor site management and operational teams on all HSEQ matters.
  • Be present onsite — visible, approachable, and engaged with the workforce.
  • Review and support risk assessments and method statements.
  • Identify training needs and deliver tailored safety training.
  • Record, track, and close out actions from audits, inspections, and safety tours.
  • Support incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are embedded.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HSEQ performance across sites.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years\’ experience in HSEQ, ideally in industrial or petrochemical environments.
  • NEBOSH NGC (minimum), working towards Diploma or higher.
  • IOSH membership (or equivalent).
  • A background in access/scaffold or mechanical services would be a strong advantage.
  • Confidence presenting to both site teams and client management.
  • Full driving licence.
