We are looking for CNC Machinists for our client working within their fabrication workshop based in Aylesbury.
Type: Contract

CNC / Manual Machinist – Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform CNC milling operations.
Operate 3-axis CNC machines with Fanuc controls (Siemens and Mitsubishi platforms).
Carry out manual machining tasks when required.
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
Machine parts from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium, and CuNi to exact tolerances.
Interpret and manufacture components according to detailed engineering drawings.
Support other production areas as needed to meet project demands.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and internal procedures.
Participate in relevant quality control processes to maintain high manufacturing standards.
Essential Qualifications and experience:
Level 2/3 NVQ Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering
With proven experience in operating CNC milling centres
Experience working with Bespoke Heat Exchangers including working with sheet metal making boxes, including electric enclosures, protective casings, cabinets or chassis and instrument panels or housings.
Cutting sheet metal to size, and form channels for electrics.
