Site Services Engineer (Elec Bias)
Days only – Monday to Friday
Scantec FMCG Recruitment are working with a leading FMCG manufacturing business to recruit a Site Services Engineer to join their team. Your job will be to manage the Site Engineering Services across site. Ensure legal and company compliance with all current and foreseen polices.
This is Electrical Bias – you\’ll be responsible for the Site Services/Building budget optimising SLA contracts and the effective management of all contractors. Assisting in developing and delivering a capital plan to manage compliance, risk and relevant functional efficiency projects.

Days only
— Mon, Wed & Fri – 7:30-4:30
— Tues & Thurs – 7:30-3:00
Site Services Engineer – Summary of core responsibilities:
- Ensure that all PPM activities are completed within the time.
- Carry out fault finding to detect and repair electrical/mechanical faults on plant equipment across the site using the RCA process.
- Complete site infrastructure repairs (Mechanical/electrical/Building Fabrications/Drainage)
- Ensure that all corrective and reactive activities are recorded in compliance with CMMS
- Promote CI initiatives, maximising efficiency.
- Day to day interaction with site services team, contractors, suppliers, security, and the operations team.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and environment policies are adhered to by all personnel.
Required skills and experience:
We\’re seeking a candidate with previous experience in a similar Site Services Engineer role. You would need to be a qualified Electrician with 18th Edition (BS7671). Previous experience of managing refrigeration, air conditioning and building management systems would be an advantage. Strong Health and Safety Awareness, ideally IOSH or NEBOSH trained.
