Job Description Scantec Recruitment are working in partnership with a global FMCG Manufacturer to find a Senior Production Shift Manager to work within their Manufacturing Ops team. This is a senior role within the site Operations team and it’s a fantastic business who can offer genuine career development opportunities. Reporting to the Site Manufacturing Manager, your role as Senior Shift Manager will be to manage your shift team to deliver business KPI’s and day to day operational goals and deliverables.
