I'm recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to take the lead on all things brand, strategy, and team development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business, where marketing plays a central role in driving commercial outcomes.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position, responsible for ensuring the brand is aligned with business objectives and consistently delivered across all channels – from print and web to events and email. You’ll be managing a small marketing team, coordinating product campaigns, and using sales data to guide product range and pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Lead campaign planning – including catalogues, website updates, print advertising, and trade shows.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, including newsletters and PR.
  • Analyse sales performance by product and customer to support strategic decisions.
  • Own product data and annual pricing structures.
  • Manage marketing budgets, resource planning, and departmental reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, IT, and Senior Leadership Teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the marketing function.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
