I’m supporting a manufacturer in Leeds who are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee multiple production teams and lines, driving safe, efficient output and ensuring product quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for day-to-day performance, coaching and training, problem solving, and managing the shift to deliver against plan.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising teams across multiple lines and shifts
• Allocating resource, setting priorities and managing throughput
• Monitoring quality and resolving production issues
• Ensuring GMP and SOP compliance on shift
• Supporting process improvements, equipment changes and project work
• Managing performance metrics, reports and documentation

• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making
• Able to plan work effectively and hit targets
• Accurate, detail-focused and confident with documentation
