p strong PMO Risk Opportunities – Major Water Infrastructure Programme /strong /p p br /p p strong Location: /strong Snodland, Kent (Hybrid – 2 days on site) /p p strong Salary: /strong £60,000–£85,000 + Benefits /p p br /p p Im currently recruiting on behalf of a growing infrastructure consultancy who are looking to expand their PMO team supporting a major water infrastructure programme. /p p br /p p Were recruiting for the following positions: /p ul li strong Senior Risk Manager /strong (1 vacancy) /li li strong Risk Manager /strong (2 vacancies) /li li strong Junior PMO Risk Manager /strong (1 vacancy) /li /ul p br /p p These roles will support the delivery of a long-term capital investment programme, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify, assess and manage project risks across a portfolio of infrastructure projects. /p p br /p p The consultancy delivers project management and project controls services across some of the UKs largest infrastructure programmes and offers long-term career development, excellent project exposure and a collaborative working environment. /p p br /p p strong The Role /strong /p p As part of the PMO team, youll support the development and maintenance of project risk management processes, helping delivery teams proactively identify and manage threats and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. /p p br /p p Depending on your level of experience, youll be responsible for facilitating risk workshops, maintaining risk registers, producing reports and providing risk insight to support project decision-making. /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Developing and maintaining project risk registers. /li li Facilitating risk identification and review workshops. /li li Monitoring project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. /li li Producing risk reports, dashboards and management information. /li li Supporting project teams with risk mitigation plans. /li li Working closely with project controls, commercial and delivery teams. /li li Promoting best practice across risk management processes. /li /ul p br /p p strong What Were Looking For /strong /p ul li Experience in project risk management or PMO within infrastructure or major projects. /li li Understanding of project controls and programme delivery. /li li Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li li Experience using risk management tools would be advantageous. /li li Infrastructure, utilities or major projects experience is desirable but not essential. /li /ul p br /p p strong Whats on Offer /strong /p ul li Hybrid working (2 days per week on site in Snodland). /li li Salary between strong £60,000–£85,000 /strong , depending on experience and level. /li li Comprehensive benefits package. /li li Long-term programme with excellent career progression. /li li Opportunity to join a growing PMO team supporting a major UK infrastructure client. /li /ul p br /p p If youre looking to develop your career in project risk within a supportive consultancy and work on a long-term infrastructure programme.
