We are working with a leading international engineering and construction company delivering complex infrastructure projects across sectors such as energy, transport, and civil engineering. The BIM Coordinator will manage BIM and digital systems and activities, ensuring deliverables are completed in line with agreed scope and programme. The role ensures compliance with industry standards and client requirements, while supporting collaboration, efficiency, and quality across project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and associated processes
  • Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and information systems
  • Ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 19650 and project information requirements
  • Coordinate information delivery in line with project timelines (MIDP)
  • Facilitate communication between client, project teams, and supply chain
  • Develop and manage digital tools and applications to support project delivery
  • Provide training and support to teams on BIM processes and systems
  • Lead clash detection, spatial coordination, and issue resolution activities
  • Monitor and assess team capability to deliver compliant BIM outputs
  • Support development of project standards, methods, and procedures
  • Ensure delivery of the Project Information Model in line with requirements
Experience & Qualifications
  • Essential
    • Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or infrastructure projects
    • Working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650
    • Experience with BIM, CAD, and digital engineering tools
    • Understanding of construction methods and project delivery
  • Desirable
    • BIM qualification or certification
    • CSCS card
    • Experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri
    • Knowledge of Common Data Environments and information management systems
    • Experience with digital tools such as Synchro and Power BI
