The predicted salary is between 62400 - 84000 £ per year.

Our clients are looking for a team of 10 Electricians and Electrical Fitters/Wireman to join a substation project for a 12 month duration. Candidates would need to be based in the East Anglia area in order to be considered.

You will be responsible for covering substations within the following locations: Chelmsford, Norwich, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Colchester, Stevenage, Cambridge, Ipswich. You will travel between sites (on occasion multiple in one day) to complete electrical works on behalf of the client.

The role:

  • Installing actuators on the sites
  • ATUs cabling and batteries

Rate: £30.00ph (Limited company/ CIS)

Hours: Monday – Thursday 10 hour days

Duration: Contract for 12 months

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:

  • Must be a fully qualified electrician with relevant NVQ at Level 3 or above
  • Must have BESC:AME Basic electrical safety
  • Experience in working on substations is preferred
  • ECS Card (JIB Card)
  • Experience in Installation, testing and maintenance
  • Emergency First Aid training is preferred

The successful candidates must complete basic site training online before starting on site; this can be done from home the week before.
