Scantec Recruitment is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Leader for a permanent night shift in a busy food manufacturing site in the United Kingdom.
You will lead quality activities on shift, ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and customer codes of practice, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
You will oversee quality testing, audits, product trials, and calibration, coaching colleagues and deputising for the Manufacturing Shift Lead when needed.
