Working Pattern: Office-based initially, with 1 day from home after probation

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the commercial side of projects from early stages through to completion, working closely with delivery teams to keep things on track. Day to day, this will include:

  • Managing costs and overall commercial performance
  • Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
  • Handling valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Working closely with project teams to support delivery
  • Providing clear and accurate commercial reporting

This role offers the chance to work on a long-term, secure programme with a well-established contractor, supporting complex and high-value projects. There’s a strong team in place, a good level of support, and genuine opportunity to progress as the programme develops. The work itself is varied, technically interesting, and gives you exposure to one of the UK’s most significant sites.
