I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a growing infrastructure consultancy who are looking to expand their PMO team supporting a major water infrastructure programme. These roles will support the delivery of a long-term capital investment programme, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify, assess and manage project risks across a portfolio of infrastructure projects. The consultancy delivers project management and project controls services across some of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes and offers long-term career development, excellent project exposure and a collaborative working environment.
The Role:
- Support the development and maintenance of project risk management processes.
- Help delivery teams proactively identify and manage threats and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate risk workshops, maintain risk registers, produce reports and provide risk insight to support project decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining project risk registers.
- Facilitating risk identification and review workshops.
- Monitoring project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Producing risk reports, dashboards and management information.
- Supporting project teams with risk mitigation plans.
- Working closely with project controls, commercial and delivery teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in project risk management or PMO within infrastructure or major projects.
- Understanding of project controls and programme delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using risk management tools would be advantageous.
- Infrastructure, utilities or major projects experience is desirable but not essential.
