We’re seeking highly skilled Mechanical Technicians with SC or DV clearance to join a high-profile project at a nuclear and defence facility based in Aldermaston, Reading.
Hours: Up to 12-hour days, Monday to Friday — plus weekends where available
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installation, assembly, and dismantling of equipment
- Plant operations and maintenance activities
- Working within both workshop and site environments
- Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all times
What We’re Looking For
- SC or DV level nuclear clearance (SC holders must be willing to progress to DV)
- NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical engineering discipline
- At least 2 years’ nuclear/defence industry experience
- Minimum 5 years’ mechanical industry experience
- Experience with Swagelok fittings
