You will take ownership of on-site coordination, safety, and progress, ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Active SC Clearance
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • Black CSCS Managers Card with NVQ Level 6 in Site Management (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in managing construction activities in a complex/regulated environment
  • Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Health and safety conscious, with knowledge of construction compliance protocols
  • Degree, HND, HNC, ONC, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
  • Additional safety accreditations (e.g., CCNSG Safety Passport)
