A well-established organisation is seeking a Laboratory Quality Technician to join its Laboratory team. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, you will support quality assurance activities across production by carrying out sampling, testing, and equipment calibration, ensuring products meet both internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing analytical testing on raw materials, finished products, and effluent samples in line with established methods and SOPs.
  • Collecting samples from production, logistics, and effluent areas on a daily basis.
  • Preparing and standardising solutions required for laboratory analysis.
  • Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Accurately recording and reporting test data in line with ISO and company requirements.
  • Identifying and escalating out‑of‑specification (OOS) results.
  • Supporting additional laboratory or quality‑related tasks as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous laboratory experience.
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC and GC.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while adhering to strict HSE standards.
