They are seeking a skilled professional to support works on a secure and technically challenging site.
This role is suited to someone with a strong background in managing construction or civils projects within secure or high-compliance environments. You'll take ownership of on-site coordination, safety, and progress, ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Black CSCS Managers Card with NVQ Level 6 in Site Management (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in managing construction activities in a complex/regulated environment
- Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills
- Health and safety conscious, with knowledge of construction compliance protocols
- Degree, HND, HNC, ONC, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
- Additional safety accreditations (e.g., CCNSG Safety Passport)
