Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller who is comfortable working with customers across multiple locations in and outside of the UK and can implement strategies that support revenue growth alongside our sales team, in conjunction with ensuring debts are collected on time and in full, all whilst maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will need to be an experienced Credit Controller who is experienced in debt collection, customer relationship building and reporting to various stakeholders. You will be forward-thinking, a team player and want to be part of an exciting growth journey and be confident in presenting information clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors across 2 sites (UK & US) with customers worldwide.
- Allocation of all customer payments and management of sales ledger accounts.
- Send sales invoices daily.
- Work closely with the sales team to support credit account requests.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of KPI’s.
- Daily management of customers on hold where necessary.
- Point of contact for all credit control issues.
- Effective communication skills along with relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy when required.
- Interpersonal skills.
- In‑depth understanding of risk management.
- Ability to adapt and respond in a timely manner.
- Effective data analysis using Excel.
